“It was a different experience.”

Stayed here 3 nights..1st night..Desk clerk on duty could not help me get on wi-fi..She said I had to wait until 12:30 A.M., until next clerk comes on duty because he knows what to do.So I got it resolved the following morning at 7 a.m.Day 2, I went to get in my room..it seems like the door was jammed..I tried to get in and could not. A different lady night clerk DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!, so I played (me the guest) with it and used a credit card to slide in between the upper safety lock with several attempts and finally got it freed. I assume it was housekeepers fault. Finallyupon entering the room, I removed the upper safety lock(I did not want it to happen again) and presented it to the desk clerk. Day 3, went to take care of business, came back, no new safety lock was put in place the remainder of my stay. and checked out the following morning. Have SOMEONE ON DUTY THAT IS KNOWLEDGEABLE and can call for help when situations happen like this!
