I do apologize for the odor of cigarette smoke during your stay. We try very hard to keep up with the odor but when we have heavy smokers it can be very difficult to keep the odor of cigarette smoke from traveling and getting into non-smoking areas. Concerning your comment of the carpet, I would also like to apologize for the condition and assure you that we are in the process of repairing the areas that need attention. « hide

I would like to apologize for the condition of the pool and the odor of smoke throughout our property. We try very hard to keep the public areas smoke free but unfortunately the odor does tend to leak out from rooms occupied by heavy smokers. I would also like to apologize for the behavior of the housekeeping staff; they should never be standing by the front entry smoking like that. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I do assure you that our pool is cleaned daily and the temperature is kept at a room temperature of 86. I do apologize that this temperature can sometimes feel colder than it is on cold days and nights like we have been having here for the last few weeks. « hide
