“disappointed”

I reserved rooms at this hotel because it has an indoor heated pool. When I made the reservation and asked about the pool I was not told that it would be closing for the fall and winter season 4 days before my arrival. I stayed for 5 days, three times had to ask for soap and toilet paper, once for towels. Only once was the bedding changed and then only because I was in the room and requested it, every other time the bed wasn't even made, just the covers thrown up over the pillows. The room was never vacumed or dusted. I did not go to a different hotel because there was other family staying there, and again all of us booked this hotel because of the pool, and to get all of us into a different hotel was not possible. We asked, there was nothing wrong with the pool .. just closed for the season. I booked two rooms in my name, but when checking out was only given the quoted rate for one of them, the other room was charged at a higher rate, which the clerk could not explain, nor could she correct. Overall very unhappy!
