“Return from Family Vacation.”

 
We stayed at the Microtel in Beckley on our way back from family vacation and we had a good experience compared to the disaster we had at the Super8 leaving for our vacation.The gentleman who was working the front desk was knowledgeable and help full. I had to go sown to the front desk to ask for assistance as our room key didn't work. This person was not just sitting or smoking while he was not tending to ppl at the front desk. He was vacumming, getting things form ppl and extremely helpful. He and this hotel should be used and example of how to run all your hotels. The trip up leaving on our vacation was a diseaster. Filthy rooms, staff outside smoking, doors broken, dirty sheets/duvets, dust everywhere in rooms, hair and dirt in showers and on bathroom floors. Sore milk at breakfast with dirty tables and toasters just unexceptable.Bolders in parking lot not roped off for safety reasons and a general manager that was deceiving.....Im surprised I didn't get a survey for that stay!!!!
