“Wintery BED BUGS!!!”; Jan 09, 2013 Jeromia H, Clinton Township; I frequent this hotel but on this occasion it was extremely unclean and not to mention BED BUGS. My girls were terrified!!! I definitely will not be coming back!!! The first room was freezing cold, and after an half hour with the heat on 90 you could still see your breath in the room. Very dissapointed!!!

Our guests feedback is very important to us as it helps us to identify areas that may need attention. I have personnaly checked into the issues that you mentioned in your online survey. I will assure you that there was nothing found in the room that you stayed in. Our exterminator came and investigated the room thouroughly and there were no signs of any insects.
