“service/experiece”

To whom it may concern managers/ director or property owners, My recent stay at your property Microtel was horrible. my business advisors and I stayed there for couple nights woke middle of the night 3am under age childrens are running/screaming extreme distrubance, and no one from your service staff offer us room service or to even change a bed sheet. Prehaps, after returning back from auto show stop by your front desk and spoke johnathan and request him to please change or service our room, but he declined/denied service stating at late after 10pm we don't offer any room service although I've explain the situations about not been offered services he ignored all of my issues. also, in the morning wen't down to grab you CONTINENTAL I'm sorry mentioned it wasn't very much anything like continental at all. So please don't let this kind of experiences pass by another dedicated guests and please note my money that i paid wasn't old or damaged it was solid US dollars, if you know what i mean.
