“Out of control!”

- The front desk sent us to a room without a microwave or refrigerator. I called and the front desk said they didn't know which rooms had a refrigerator. I would have to come back to the front desk and go from room to room. Also, there were kids in the pool that weren't even staying at the hotel. No parental supervision. They were out of control. We brought my daughter there to swim for her 8th birthday. We had to get her out of there. I told the same girl at the front desk. She said there was nothing she could do because she didn't know what room they were in. They were tearing the safety equipment off of the walls. Jumping on the little girls. It was terrible. The room we did have was fine, except it smelled like smoke and the refrigerator was dirty. All in all, we will not go back there.
