“do NOT stay here”

This is probably the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor, do NOT stay here. Find ANYPLACE else. Usually I can count on Microtel to be a quality place that caters to a business clientele, but not this location. When I arrived I had to sign a waiver saying I wouldn't smoke (no big deal - I hate smoking), only to check in and be placed in a room that REEKED of smoke. It was TERRIBLE. I was so tired from my red eye and from being sick that I just passed out and tried to ignore the smell, but when I woke up all of my clothes, my luggage, everything stunk! I was really disappointed the first day when I returned from being out and my room was not cleaned. The second day was probably worse, when I returned the trash was taken out and the bed was made, but the room was NOT clean. The shower had disgusting little hairs all in it that were not wiped out. The bathroom did not appear as though it had been cleaned at all. My final night I was anxious to get to sleep because I had an early flight. But, of course, just as I fell asleep at about 10:30 I was woken by two people screaming in the next room. I could hear every word of their argument. I called the front desk, but no one answered. I finally used ear plugs and an eye mask to try to get back to sleep, which I barely did just to be re-awoken by the same couple making more passionate noises. They did this from 1:30AM until I finally just left the hotel at 3:30AM. The whole thing was appalling. I would rather sleep in the airport terminal than experience anything like this again! To top off my experience, in my haste to leave the hotel I left my cell phone charger there. I have called multiple times and each time I do I'm told to call back at a different time. I have lost all hope that I will actually get it back.
