“Micro stay”

 
Our stay was good. There was a problem the first night. My husband went over alone the first night. I called the hotel to speak with him and the desk person said there wasn't anyone there by that name. I had talked with my husband earlier after he checked in. The gentleman said oh no there is no one here by that name. He looked through some records and insisted he wasn't there. Even with the confirmation number he said no he was not there. By this time I was upset. He then out of the blue said oh there it is. This was about 30 minutes or so into this conversation. I think it might be a good Idea to train the desk staff in proper customer service. He kept trying to make this my problem! please do not print this..
