“Surprisingly high-end finishes for the price”; Feb 15, 2013 Christine W, Alpena; Very attractive room, modern finishes and style, very helpful and friendly front desk staff. There's a washing machine on the second floor, which I didn't notice til I was checking out, but what a nice thing to have handy. If I had seen it earlier, I'd have used it! We traveled with a sports team and played cards in the 'breakfast area' with several other parents; when it got late, the staff very politely asked us to keep our voices down so as not to disturb other guests. The rooms were clean and stylish, the staff was welcoming and cheery, the breakfast included a wafflemaker... in all, a very nice surprise for the price.
