“Unsatisfactory Service”

I have stayed at this hotel, more times than I care to mention, and this was the first time the service was so poorly. And by service, I mean the front desk. At check in, we did not get to check in until way after 4, not that, that was the issue, I understand about a lot of people checking and the maid service getting behind, not the issue. The issue is the way I was treated, while I had to wait. Then, there was an issue the last time I stayed there, Feb 2013, when the fridge or microwave did not work, room 326, and Patrice said he would give us a reduced rate, which when I spoke with him, he said sorry. NOTHING. IF he could not give me the reduced rate, why offer. It just seems the front desk service is really getting bad.
