“Very disappointed with our stay. The room was nice size for...”

Very disappointed with our stay. The room was nice size for my daughter, 2 granddaughters and myself. We spent two nights at the hotel. The first night due to spring break there were multiple loud young adults screaming, slamming doors, and playing loud music. I complained, my daughter complained and finally after 3 calls I went downstairs at 0330 in the morning and talked to the nightshift supervisor. She finally put a stop to the noise. Needless to say we had a lack of sleep. The hotel gave me $20.00 off the rate. Additionally, the internet did not work, so I contacted the front desk and was given a 1-800 number to contact the hotels technical support. I also witnessed another guest have the same problem.
