“First nights treatment from front desk made experience negative”

  , Bensalem
First night we stayed and the first room's ac wasnt working (room was very muggy). Also when I pulled the sheets back for me to get into bed I noticed hair on the sheets. It wasnt just a few strands like what would fall out while making the bed, it was like a hairy man slept in the bed and no one ever changed the sheets. The next morning the manager on duty was very rude and didnt seem like she wanted to move us. She told us to check the thremostate on the wall. When we got back to the room the wall said the same thing as the ac unit but it was not cooling down in the room. After going to the front desk again and complained again she rolled her eyes and put us in a new room. We were fine in that room until the last nights stay. The person above us were jumping all around making a lot of noise. We could have tried to tune it out but the person next door had their tv on very loud and we could hear every word so it was difficult to try to sleep. I called down (after I tried knocking on the door myself with no response) after 2 am on Sun 5/5 and the lady working at the front desk tried contacting the guest. She tried calling and knocked on the door and she didnt have any luck reaching him either. She called me up apologizing and got us a new room for us for the night and even credited us. I really wish I got her name because she made it possible to get a little bit of sleep before we hit the road back home. I wish we dealt with her the first day because the first lady at the desk really made me not want to come back.
