“Customer Service Failure”

Being a Wyndham Rewards member. I will always make an effort to stay at any Wyndham location. This stay I would not rate as it would be a disservice. While staying at Wyndham our vehicle was burglarized. I am well aware of the notice indicating the establishment is not responsible. I went to the front office to obtain a local number in order to report this incident. When I asked the front desk for guidance I was informed that the establishment was not responsible. I asked if they had a number I could utilize I was given a local number that went to a voicemail which to this day I have not heard from anyone regarding this incident. While I am aware that this incident was not the hotels responsibility, the front desk clerk could have been a little more supporting and accommodating with guidance and contact information. Just to be told "We are not responsible" and only obtaining a number after asking for one, is a lack of human decency.
