“Horrible management”

Our company rented 3 double rooms on Tuesday night. We made arrangements with the front desk clerk to stay 3 nights, and upon renewing the room the following morning, we were told that our room would be unavailable and had already been given to someone else. They then told us all they had left were suites, and charged us 30$ more per night for the suite, even bough it was their error that caused us to lose the room. Then our suite had no AC, and the front desk clerk told us to "kick it" to fix it. This didnt work. We were offered no other room and given no credit for the room, even though it was in the 90s and we sweat all through the night and could barely sleep. When I informed the manager the following morning, she offered no apologies and in no way tried to right the situation. We will never stay in this hotel again, and the manager should be fired for how she treated us. It was ridiculous.
