“Christmas trip”

Your hotel was NOT full but I was still put on the smoking floor even though I am not a smoker. Your hotel was NOT full but I still had a room booked on one side of me and they kept me up all night the first night. The 3rd night even though your hotel was NOT full and you have 3 floors, I had another room booked with people on the other side of me that were very loud and kept me up all night long. Your staff made very poor decisions placing people on each side of me when there were plenty of rooms available elsewhere. I did not have a peaceful and restful stay there. I paid cash every day I was there but I want some kind of compensation put on my credit card you have on file from my reservations. I come to Houma once a year and usually stay at the Fairfield Inn, your prices were better and it is a little closer to my Daughters house in Gray, but I am not happy with my experience in your hotel this week.
