Thank you for your valuable feedback. Although your extended stay was due to Hurricane Isaac, your business was greatly appreciated by our entire team. The A/C malfunctioning, attitudes from staff towards your children, and problems with over charges are valid concerns and we definitely took those issues to heart and fixed them as soon as we could. As the new General Manager joining the Belle Chasse team late during your stay, giving ultimate guest service to all guests was my first priority and we immediately trained our team to provide excellent guest service at all times. Our commitment to responding to all of our guests needs in a timely and compassionate manner never waivered although we had some employees also displaced due to Hurricane Isaac. The overcharges were researched and handled prior to your departure, but my staff and I kept missing you to relay the steps we had taken to ensure your satisfaction. Again, we thank you for allowing us to be your home away from home. We strive to reduce the stress of every guest during every stay, but especially when the situation is stressful. We hope things are better now, and we want you to know that we are here for you, waiting to serve you again soon. « hide

Thanks for your valuable feedback. We are approximately 25 miles from downtown New Orleans with a wealth of gas stations and Local restaurants on the same highway we are located on. There is a gas station directly across the road from us and a great restaurant serving "home cooked" lunches only 10 minutes up Belle Chasse Highway. You can also find a menu at our front desk for a restaurant that will deliver right to your room. Hot breakfast with us, lunch and dinner, we have you covered. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and we look forward to the opportunity of serving you again soon!! « hide
