“First Time”

I admit that I did arrive a few minutes early (15 minutes to be exact) and my room definitley was not ready. The front desk clerk checked me into a room that definitely was not ready. My husband (who walks with a cane) and I walked up the stairs to the room and went to the room that had trash (bloody) on the bed. I walked back down the hot stairs to inform the clerk. After I explained what was going on, he changed my room. I made sure that I asked if everything will be the same, he said yes...no changes. Needless to say, the new room did not have the essentials like microwave and refridgerator. At the rate of the room, I should not have to get housekeeping to bring me these items. After that, we left and returned several hours late for me to return and my key not work. Once I got the key issued resolved, we go to the room and the room telephone still was not working. I was too exhauted to go back downstairs to re-inform for the 3rd time. Sorry but this was my first and LAST time staying at this location
