Dear Valued Guest,We thank you for your valued review and sincerely apologize for not able to meet your expectations.Our second and third floor rooms are non-smoking floors.We do have 24hr front desk to assist the guests if any conerns addressed to the desk.There was no breakfast concept when this hotel was built.We did renovated the breakfast area within the available space.The breakfast is served over and above the franchise standards.The shuttle service is not affiliated with the hotel.We did leave different shuttles offered by different companies inorder to make it easy for the guests to arrange transportation to the churchilldowns.We do not have any control on the shuttle service.Thank you and look forward to give us a chance to serve you better in near future. « hide

Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns about your recent experience .We do clean walls with antibacterial liquid ,shampoo the carpet,change the comforters,mattress protectors,bed skirts ,bed scarfs and use ozone machine and so on to get rid off the smoke smell .We do use arm and hammer foam deodorizer for smoking rooms on day to day basis to take off the smoke smell.We also keep the windows open to get fresh air in from all check out rooms on day to day basis.We will bring it to the attention of the concerned department as related to the dust on sprinklers and the light on the desk We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
