Breakfast set up is a little clumsy and looks a little like an afterthought. But fine for the price which is free with room. The TV is old, not a flat screen and up on a built in closet. TV worked fine - but it and its locale just seemed very dated. The bed mattress was fine but the wood base frame and how it was presented had a "cheap" look to it. I would recommend more King size beds be made available. (none were available when we checked in ) A very adequate, comfortable room and facility for an overnight stay for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to let others know how you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, we do not have ANY king-sized beds on this property. We are in the process of replacing the TV's (apologies that you got one of the old ones). Our breakfast is divided into two rooms to give all access to everything. Is it possible that you missed part of it? Hopefully, you will come by and see us again the next time you are in the Urbandale/Des Moines area. « hide
