“Late Friday Night”; Jan 28, 2013 Jeanmarie D, Minneapolis; We got in late on a Friday night.We had booked a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. When we got to the room it was accessible but it had a tub, not a roll in. The front staff was very accomodating and arranged a new room with a roll in shower immediately.We were very pleased with the service provided. The rooms were lovely,clean and comfortable. We would definitely book with Microtel again and will recommend it as an option to our friends.

Please call the hotel direct (any place you go) to insure that you have the availability that you need. As you realized, not all accessible rooms have the roll in shower.
