“Good value - need to improve bed/pillow comfort”; Feb 10, 2013 Helen P, Bella Vista; The Microtel in Urbandale, IA has a great location, and delivers value. We're stayed here several times over the years. Don't think the beds have been replaced during those years, and they are a big lumpy and uncomfortable. Same can be said for the pillows. Other than that - this motel is nice and offers a good value.
