“Travel Stop Over”

Curb appeal was good and it was a Wyndham brand and decided to stay. The sheets were stained with lipstick and blood. We called down to have new set sent up. Staff was quick to respond but wasn't too sympathetic or apologetic to the situation. We said we would make up the bed with the new linen ourselves and he just wanted to make sure he took the old ones with him. It felt like he was worried that we were going to steal the stained set. The T.V. in room 218 was ratchet strapped to the wardrobe it was on top of and across the front of the screen the screen was blocked by it. We were offended by the printed card tacked to the bathroom wall stating the bath linen quantity in there and you must report if any are missing upon check-in otherwise you will be charged. The blow dryer was mounted very high on the wall. The toilet paper holder was mounted across from the toilet which was quite a reach to get at will sitting on toilet. The carpet was old and stained. Also the walls are paper thin, we could hear the other guests. It was one of those experiences were you have to laugh it off, otherwise you would cry. I guess it's true... you get what you pay for. Just very disappointed in the Wyndham brand for dropping the ball on this one!!!!!
