“unhappy camper”

We checked into our room on march 8, 2013 at about 7:00 pm. We went to our room and found that the beds had dirt/ debris on the sheets in at least 2 different spots. We also found HAIR in the bath tub. we asked the staff to come and look at the sheets. She did change them for us at our request. The person at the desk used my credit card information, which they had on file from our last stay, to pay for the room. They charged my card even though we paid cash for the room. when we got home, I found out about the charge on my card and called the hotel on it right away. We were told that they only were verifying my card. My credit card , however, was charged for the two nights stay. The charge was corrected the next day, but, that money was not in my account for 24 hours. Lucky I was not overdrawn because of that charge! We have stayed at that hotel many, many times over the years and always have had good service and satisfactory stay. If we wouldn't have been happy, we wouldn't have come back. However, I'm not sure we will be staying there again!! There are many hotels right next to this one, and I'm thinking they will get a chance for our business next time.
