“Great location to Seaworld and Restaurants”

Great location--Seaworld was only 5 minutes away, and there were many restaurants to choose from up the highway. Chose this hotel because of the shuttle service to Seaworld, but when we got there, found out that shuttle only ran in the morning until 11:00 and in the evenings after 7:00 (we were told over the phone 2 different times that it ran every 30 minutes between hotel and Seaworld). We had family that needed to come back in the afternoon to rest, but there was no shuttle in the afternoon. We ended up taking out own cars and paying the parking fee. Debra, the General Manager, was quick to offer solutions and staff was very pleasant and eager to help. We had 4 rooms for our family, but only 1 of them had a coffee maker (I thought all hotel rooms had coffee makers now, especially one that is as new as this one) and the single queen did not have refrigerator or microwave. The suite and double queens are large, but the single queen was very small. Ice maker only on 1st and 3rd floors. Housekeeping was sub-par--for the daily cleaning, only got our bed made and fresh towels. They did not clean the bathroom or vaccuum the whole time we were there. Walls were very thin, but they offered sound machines in the room to help (but again not every room had one). Breakfast was OK, but they offered the same things every day. Waffles were a big hit with the kids. Afternoon wine and beer were nice, but again it was the same thing every day--need a little variety on choices during the week. Overall, nice hotel--we would stay here again, but only in the double queen or suite.
