“A Good Hotel to be FROM”

We spend about one hundred nights per year in hotel and resort facilities and have a great camaraderie with the staff and other travelers in general (like family away from home). We must say that there is not much to be said for the arrival and departure experiences at this hotel. Maybe the personnel need some motivational training in the area of Public Relations but we rarely encounter staff members in a hotel with lackadaisical attitudes. After all, customer impressions of a property and staff are what generally determines if one will choose a particular property to patronize again. The room provided an adequate shelter for the night, which, as a bottom line, could be said to have served its purpose. For $30 more, the following night was spent at a Marriott property and it was like comparing night to day as far as good customer vibes is concerned - much better facility, room, and staff with a customer-oriented attitude: Very well worth the extra cost.
