“Some issues”

We have stayed at the Microtel about 12-13 times in the last 15 years, and it a value that enables us to have a quick getaway. We love the service, the rooms are clean, and the staff is attentive. This time however, we could hardly sleep because the mattress was horrible. Room 333 was a disappointment, and if we hadn't been so tired, and unpacked we would have asked to change rooms. We were also afraid that it might be the same thing. I know the hotel is aging, and renovations are costly, but I think bedding should be at the top. Also, you can tell you still allow smoking in this property. Thank you.
