“Great people!”

After a long day of driving with elderly parents and a teenager we arrived at a hotel, no Baymont, with which we had made a reservation 6 months prior only to find out that they would not be able to fulfill our original request for a handicap room. With much frustration I began a search for another hotel in the area and found Baymont. The person who answered the phone was very accommodating, sweet and so easy to work with. Baymont was able to accommodate our need for a handicap room with ease. We were very pleased with the service. The only issue we had was that the carpet in the room felt damp. We attributed that to the warm, humid temperatures in Kentucky. Thank you Baymont for your great service!
