“Mid- trip to Florida stay”

Check-in was easy and clerk was great. Air was on in room, but we turned heat on and it became comfortable quickly. Breakfast was very average with nothing special. The biggest issue was that when we checked out, no receipt was given. When I asked for one, I was asked to sign another form (in addition to the one signed the prior night) When I asked why I had to sign again, the man said that it was necessary in case I disputed charges. When I stated that he wasn't even going to give me a receipt, which he said was normal (NOT), and that I didn't understand why an additional signature was now required he was going to pull the receipt away from me. I took it anyway, refusing to sign. It makes me wonder if I could have been dually charged if I had signed again, and this is the first time no receipt was initially offered at checkout. Also, he refused to credit my Wyndham Rewards at checkout, saying that I had to provide this info at check-in. Odd that I was able to do this at other participating properties. Basic stay and hotel conditions were otherwise average.
