“Microtel Savannah”

Great location! Close to I-95 and about 8 miles from downtown Savannah. When we arrived, their computers were down and they couldn't find our reservation. No problem, we were given a room on the ground floor as we requested. The bathroom toilet had obviously been used (yellow color in the bowl). Night clerk offered to change our room but we accepted the room we had. Upon further inspection we discovered one bed had a seed of some sort on the sheet that had stained the pillowcase and sheets. We didn't use that bed but decided not to ask for a change of rooms. The TV remote only allowed us to change the channels on the TV. It didn't function for on/off or volume. It would have been nice for them to charge us for a single queen bed room rather than the two queen beds we were charged for since we pointed out the stains upon check-out. One other thing, since their computers were down, we had no internet access on our laptop.
