“Pretty Good - Would Stay Again”

Really like this hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Location is great and they welcome people travelling with dogs. Lots of greenspace to walk your dog for potty breaks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good: some hot items like eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles and some cold items: yogurt, cereal, etc. Freshly baked cookies available in the evening. Rooms are compact. The only thing negative that happened during this stay was that the carpet in my room had been recently cleaned. Beacuse of this, there was a chemical "smell" that really inflamed my sinuses and I woke up with a terrible headache each morning (as well as several times overnight). Had I realized why after the first night, I would have asked to move to another room. Have stayed at this hotel before and not had this issue. (This is the reason for the lower "Sleep Quality" rating.)
