“not good”

this was my favorite place to stay and i have always recommended it to my friends, this stay was not pleasant. I was very tired after the drive from Ohio so went to sleep shortly after arriving. The next morning i discovered tiny black ants all over the bedclothes. The manager was not in yet but I let the assistant (I believe his name was John) know of the problem. He said he was very sorry and would let the manager know when they came in, and that the manager would call me, I asked that they not call me until after 2:30 since i would be driving the rest of the distance to my home in Florida. It has been three days and I have not been contacted. I am not complaining about one ant, I am talking about many many black ants. This is even more upsetting because the receptionist Brandi explained an increase in the room rate because of updates to the hotel. The reception area and breakfast area was updated, but the carpet in the room was in need of repair and the ants were disgusting. No phone call was the third strike.
