“Not impressed at all”

We stayed at this 7-8-yr-old hotel in Lithonia/Stone location late March on a Sunday. 1. Upon check-in around 9pm, we discovered additional hotel charge of $3, which was not informed when the reservation was made (in person, at the hotel counter) at 10:30 am the same day. 2. First room assigned had a semi-flooded bathroom floor. Hotel staff said it was bad weather in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago causing damaged pipes issie... OK, I believe you. 3. Second room assigned, the Deadbolt lock does not work. Since it was late, we didn't bother to change room, just used the chair to cock the door. 4. During reservaton, we were told with breakfast. Monday came, there was no sign of "ANY" breakfast when we went to the small lobby at 9:10. First we were told that only breakfast on the weekends, then another staff says "breakfast is from 6 to 9", OK, we were late coming out after 9, but your food counter was completely clean and no traces of leftover (I suspected there were any). I asked for some coffee or hot water for a cup of tea, which was none. She did make some coffee and also put a cup of water in the microwave for tea. Which hotel does that? I hope none of the other Wyndham span of hotel is like this.
