“Family Reunion”; Oct 09, 2012 Quincie H, St. Louis; My hotel experience was one that I hope I will never have to experience again. Please see other comments. The rooms were dirty..our linen was not changed until the night before we checked out on the next day. The front desk personnel was very unprofessional.with music earplugs in her ears that she could not service us because she didn't hear us.
