“Undecided”

Undecided whether we would return. Hotel rates are good value and hotel has deff possibilities but also had numerous problems that I would relate to staff issues. When we arrived we recieved our rooms but when reentering hotel after retrieving luggage, we were told one was not ready. This was quickly remedied and we proceeded to our rooms where we found nearly all the rooms were open and uncleaned. Our second room was one of these also. Second room took a while to correct. Breakfast area could deff use more room also, expect quite a wait. Pool was constantly without towels. On the good side, pool is great for younger ones, mini water park. Front desk friendliness ran hot/cold. Night manager Serena was quite helpful. Otherwise managment seemed uninterested.
