“Bad stay.”

The day of arrival we were given directions and sent to our room after waiting for help in the lobby for 15 minutes. Finally walking into our room and the beds were not maid and garbage on the floor from the previous guests. We were given another room but after spending one night and returning after shopping only one bed was made. Why didn't they make the other bed? Both night we had only 2 towels given no wash clothes. We did request more the second night. One of the reasons for staying at this hotel was for the children and the water slide which was completely taken down. A five dollar deposit was required to use the basketball to shoot hoops in the pool. Whenever something was needed it was a wait. Clearly more staff are needed to keep the customers happy. The front desk staff needs orientation or training on the computer system, they were unable to answer question regarding rooms and rates, and to great time to function.
