“You get what you pay”

I booked because it was Wyndham that usually serves quality service. This hotel was an exception. Upon arrival at Atlanta Airport I called hotel for a shuttle but they did not answer for over 20 minutes. I called toll free reservation and customer service and both dept. call them also and unable to get through. They said either I could wait at the airport longer to call later for the shuttle, or take an taxi. So I did take a taxi and paid $13. The shuttle did not have Microtel name at all, but it said Hilton and Marriott, no way for us to find out which bus to take. It turned out only one person working at night. You expect only bed and shower at this facility, but bathtub did not drain and took 20 min to get rid of water, many room fixuture were broken and no hanger. Free continental breakfast but I was there at 8 am and everything was already out. No service what so ever. Facility is decent for its price, just no human effort of service. It's a shame for Wyndham to have this hotel. No apology and no reinbursement of course. Also custome service and reservation dept. (toll free) reps attitude were bad too. Don't they work for service industry? What a shame.
