“Not bad had been here before. When I checked in the room...”

- Not bad had been here before. When I checked in the room tv didn't work was quickly moved to another room. There was some knocking and noise in room next to me but not unbareable. Only suggestion I think there was a little too much personl conversations going on in the front of the check in counter. With the exception of one lady, the others were not friendly or tried to show themselves that way which can not work in a customer service environment. There was a promotion going on that no-one seemed to could explain properly.
