“I spoke to the manager stephine, before booking this hotel...”; Feb 21, 2013 Richard S, Beecher; I spoke to the manager stephine, before booking this hotel from my home in Chicago. I found her to be very pleasant and helpful. She is shriving to make this hotel 3 or 4 star.I stayed on the 1st floor, the noise from someone taking a shower above me woke me up late at night. I realize this cannot be avoided because the pipes were not properly sounded proofed at the time of constructions. Also the toilet did not flush properly for solid waste, i brought this up to staff at time of check out. I most likely will return to this hotel and book the 4 floor to reduce this annoying loud plumbing. Staff very pleasant and helpful,coffee was always cold, could use a better system.
