“Average Stay here”

The layout of the room was very good with the exception of a few things. The television was oddly placed very high on the top of a closet and there was a snack bar however they had prices on them. Now why would you put snacks in the room and then have price tags on them? Why not at check ask the guests if we would like to have a snack bar our drink bar prior to checking in so we now the cost upfront and also are aware of the cost. This certainly seemed unprofessional and underhanded. There was also visits from insects. In addition I had to request an iron and ironing board and was told by the front desk agent that I would need to collect it and take it to the room myself, again not professional. At a hotel? A Wyndham property? After receiving the iron it was very messy. I, the guest, had to clean the iron myself. Now, I was a assistant manager at a Wyndham property in Jamaica and these issues are certainly in violation of the brand standards.
