“Friendly Staff”; Nov 05, 2012 Allen S, Asheville; This was a normal Microtel. No surprises in the physical plant, services offered, etc.The staff, however, was outstanding. I simply could not have asked for a friendly, more cooperative group.Kudos to the personnel manager and trainer.
