“Credit Card Dispute”; Nov 30, 2012 Steven D, Portsmouth; The room was satisfactory and the staff very friendly and courteous, HOWEVER after checking out Microel mysteriously added charges of $ 78 to my credit card, forcing me to go through the credit card dispute process.I booked the room at a specific rate on the web; when I check-in I was told that was the room rate, and when I checked out the receipt reflected the proper amount. When I checked my credit card charges on the web a few days later the "mystery charges" surfaced.
