“Disappointment”

When taking trips for work or pleasure, I usually stay in a Wyndham if one is available. I got the 2 rooms I rented at a great rate but I am glad we only slept in them for a few hours. We arrived late and had no problem getting checked in. We started up to the room with 3 kids only to find the elevator was out of order and stayed out of order the whole time we were there. When we finally got our luggag to the third floor it was so hot in the hallway that you could not even breathe. We hurried to our rooms hoping from a reprieve from the heat only to find the rooms were warm also. We had to put the thermostat on 60 to get the room comfortable enough to sleep. We could del with that but every time the cleaning crew came into the room the would turn the air off so you came back to a stifling roo you had to cool off all over again. The staff was nice and for the most part had no control over the issues with the hotel. Management needs to take a serious look at this hotel because there were other little things like the bathtub not draining that need to be corrected. I guess in the end I got what I paid for but it was a true Wyndham disappointment. I almost forgot... the computer system was down when I tried to check ou so he could not print my receipt. I am still waitng for them to email it to me.
