“July 8-10 stay”

Not good, this time. Wife is handicapped - hotel knows this and this is the fifth or sixth time we've stayed there (we're staying there because she's receiving medical treatment down the street). Room was NOT a suite - first time! The person making the reservation had said it was a suite and we've always had a suite (four/five past visits). Also, room was NOT ADA compliant - wife couldn't get her walker into the room past the bathroom (too narrow) because of a refrigerator blocking the entrance; appliances not plugged in. So, the second room we were given was NOT a suite either, appliances not plugged in. AND, no wifi available in this particular room, which we specified we needed and the microwave didn't work. Also, several families were literally running wild day and night throughout the building, yet the staff said nothing other than "yeah, we can hear them, too." What the H--- has happened??? Our first visits were pleasant. The last two have been a poor showing. We'll be considering two of your competitors up the street when we return in two months, price be damned. AND - while I have your attention: as a Wyndham Rewards Member, why would you have a promotional contest only accessible via Face Book??? And, why has no one at Wyndham shown the courtesy of responding to your Member's e-mails?
