I have nothing nice to say about this place! I stayed 3 nights total, only because it took that long to find another place! I arrived on the first night at approx 4am so, I just went to sleep without looking around much....When I woke up the next morning, there was supposed to be a continintal breakfast until 9:30...the door was locked ad there was no one to be found at the front desk. I left, went to eat, came back later that evening with my grandaughter. I wanted to give he a bath. There was no stopper for the tub. I called the front desk to ask how to stop the water in the tub..the man advised me that "THIS ISNT A 5 STAR HOTEL" I went to the front desk to ask to speak to someone else. He advised there is no one else and he refused to call maintenance, houskeeping or a manager. He also refused to give me any information to enable me to call any of those people. As a matter of fact, when I told him I would wait for the information while he checked in another guest, he pretended to call the police stating that I was distrubing the peace. (I only know he faked the call because I am a Paramedic in that area and we have a common dispatch center for all 911 calls, so I checked into it when they never showed up)I ended up stuffing a rag into the drain hole to give the baby a bath. When I turned the water on, the entire knob came out of the wall, into my hand. I attempted to report this as well, but agaain, no one was available at the fromt desk. The night was a horrible night sleep because of all of the noise, and smoking from the adjacent room...which there was no one to handle. The following morning I again went to have the continental breakfast..again the door was locked and noone around. I went outside to leave and noticed a group of homeless people hanging out at the door to the hotel. When I returned that evening, I brought it to the attention of the front desk, only to be told that the man had no clearance to do anything and I would have to wait for someone else to come. Confused, I asked why he couldnt ask them to leave the property..or call to have them removed he agian said he had no clearance. I went to my room, and went to sleep. When I got up the next morning, I was horrified to find two of the homelesss people hiding outside looking in my window. Luckily I had the curtain drawn but since they do not fit properly, they could see in. At this point I had enough. I left the hotel and will NEVER RETURN! « less
