“Vacation”

The stay at your hotel was great except for one thing. Yhat was when we got a call to our room supposely from the manager about a computer failure and needed our info again to get their computers info acturate. The person already new our name and the fact that we had two rooms and also gave me a badge number so I thought it was truely the manager and I was wrong. Who ever it was stole 280 dollars from our account and we are from NC and was vacationing in Florida. We had to have our accounts frozen so we had no money. We were stranded. We were blessed to have someone to loan us some money and pay them back when we got home and got everything straighten out. We are a average family with little money so 280 dollars was alot to have stolen from us it hurt us very badly. We were not the only ones this happened to that day at your hotel on March 1st 2013. I was wondering how the person knew the info about us that they already knew and they gave the name of the actual manager. It would be nice if your hotel could do something for the ones this happened to. One of your staff members told me this was not the first time this has happened at your hotel, seems like something could be done. Help. The actual stay was great.
