“problems”

ALOT of door key card problems, we had to keep going back to the desk each day we were there to get our room open. At breakfast the frig with yogart, cream cheese and omlets was locked both morns and the key was missing. Worst of all was the vouchers for the shuttle to the cruise port. We paid for them on arrival but had to wait 2 days until morn of shuttle ride to pick them up. Vouchers were not ready, man at counter was trying to rush up and print them and lady trying to get them cut apart. The shuttle had arrived and was waiting to load. NOT efficient at all. On our return shuttle ride the driver told us they do not get paid for that part of the round trip alot of times, because the passengers do not have the second part of the voucher to give them.This is how they get paid. Vouchers would be better in some kind of a stiffer colored paper form in a pad to be torn out and handed to folks when they pay for them then people would not mistake them for trash. Jaime was the counter was very helpful and did his best in a bad situation, he found some omlets and bagels in the freezer someplace. Convienient to airport and great food nearby. Would probably stay there again.
