“Poor Customer Service from Management”

I had a guest with my boyfriend and I. We were traveling into the casino together. My guest was not returning to the hotel. We chose to use the shuttle and pay an additional $10 for my guest to ride as well. He paid this fee in cash to the Customer Service Rep behind the desk (1/12/13 around 8:20-8:30p). I received a bill under my door for the one night stay & the $10 fee for the shuttle bus. I brought it to the attention of the Manager at the front desk. He was rude and disconcerned. He treated me as if I was lying and brushed me off stating he would look into it and call me back. I never received a call. I was embarassed in front of a number of guests that were behind me in line due to his attitude. This is not a matter of the $10 but that of customer service. No apology for any miscommunication. He stated as snotty as he possibly could, "well, did you receive a receipt". Do you typically give receipts for this type of transaction? I wasn't offered one. I stated no and it was a too bad for the customer situation. He barely looked up and didn't even say goodbye when I was walking out. He didn't ask me how my stay was or even explain in a nice manner that regardless of his employees fault he cannot reimburse me. I would suggest to offer managment training to the man was staffed on Sunday, 1/13 at 11a. Unfortunately, I would not reccomend any establishment with poor customer service to anyone.
