“So-So”

  , Grand Junction
The room was good and the clerk who checked me in was great. I was denied any extras when I had an additional guest for the night. The beds were fabulous. I had not slept that good in a very long time and I never sleep good in hotels. A++ there! If all you are doing is sleeping and leaving, this is the hotel for you. There was no coffee pot, fridge, or microwave in the room. I am just glad I didn't bring much to spoil as I was there for four nights. I had to wait to check out because my attendant was getting food for herself. I found that a bit tacky. The housekeeping manager had to tell her three times to get back to the desk so I could leave.Side note: I am not full out accusing because I do not know if they were just misplaced, but an unopened bag of cherries I bought for my mother disappeared after the first night stay. No one knows what happened to them and I am just hoping the hotel employs better staff then to stoop low enough to steal a bag of cherries.
