“Great until you need a hot shower or consistant room temp”; Dec 26, 2012 Jeff C, Tomah; Our group was very exicited about our stay and the rooms themselves were great. Spacious, comfortable and clean BUT could not keep heat consistant (Furnace or Freezing) and NO hot water in the morning

Jeff - Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us! Please be aware that our untimely hot water issue was fixed as fast as the plumber arrived. It was just unfortunate that it happened the morning of a Packer game, and I apologize for the inconvenience that it caused. We will defiantly be taking a look at the furnace in your hotel room, as we want everyone to be as comfortable as they are at home. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you back soon! « hide
